      Functional but not perfect

      Nice tool for brows

      This is a wonderful tool for brows and lashes. On the lash comb, the teeth are not spaced so far apart that clumps just slide right through. It catches everything and separates lashes, leaving them looking full and perfect. The other side is soft but certainly up to blending in brow wax and/or powder. It cleans in a sna...p, and doesn't shed. July 23, 2009, 12:59 am
