  This product is an overpriced mousse. I used this and it weighed my hair down. My hair went from having some volume to having none. I would rather use a more cost effective mousse. October 30, 2009, 10:01 pm

  I feel like I'm raining on everybody's parade =(. When I tried this mousse I found the consistency to be very creamy and fun. It really does look like whipped cream! and I liked that unlike many mousses out there the scent was unoffensive, a pleasing and light somewhat sweet floral scent. I t made my hair feel very soft. B...ut despite such praise I am afraid this mousse and I will have to part company. Firstly, I was rather dissapointed that it left my hair feeling rather bodiless. I even used it conjunction with a volumizing shampoo and hairspray and it sill seemed to leave my hair a little flat. As the day wore on, I found my hair feeling a little dirty and weighed down. After I got home I checked for ingredients that may be the cause of this, and sure enough, I found that this mousse in fact contains petrolatum AND mineral oil (as also evidenced by the small breakouts I woke up with the next day high up on my forehead on my hairline, which was a dealbreaker for me. Thank goodness they weren't on my face, then I would've REALLY been upset!) This is a nice styling mousse, but if what you're looking for in a product is a little extra oomph-and no pimples, I would consider looking elsewhere. October 22, 2009, 2:34 pm

  Did nothing for my curls, but great for when I blow dry my hair

  I think this product just confirmed my suspicion that there is no product out there that can make my natural hair look pretty. I tried using this stuff as directed one day. I wound up breaking out my straightener and straightening my hair because my hair looked like crap. It was still ultra frizzy. However, I used this ...stuff in place of my usual mousse and just blow dried my hair and I was impressed. I love the texture. It almost reminds me of the whipped cream out of the cans. It seems really thick, but once you work it into your hair it is nice. It seems to protect my hair pretty well. What I love most about this is how soft and light it is. October 23, 2009, 8:45 am

  I normally wear my hair straight because my wavy hair is uncontrollable. When I tried this out, it made my hair look so nice, that it was amazing! It smells so good too. The consistency resembles whipped cream and it looked good enough to eat, LOL. October 21, 2009, 8:31 pm

  I usually use BB Surf Spray to get my straight-with-body hair into scrunched up "waves", but this is definitely my new favorite toy. Other reviewers are correct - this is a strange mousse/cream, it is EXTREMELY lightweight, and it gives your hair weightless control. I use it by applying it to damp hair, and then ...scrunching it up with my hands as it air dries, OR using a diffuser and the same scrunching technique. Voila - perfectly natural, beachy waves.   This is a fantastic product! The quality and performance are amazing. The mousse comes out in a perfect carvel dollap and is thick and rich. It goes into the hair and is not sticky or crusty. It volumizes with a soft feel. I have slightly wavy hair and tried it as a wave/curl enhancer and it also worked beautifully. I h...ighly recommend. October 23, 2009, 2:54 pm

  The product comes out in a whipped creme texture that is very light and airy and easily distributes in the hair. The product has petrolatum and mineral oil in it, which I wouldn't consider the best ingredients to be in any product because they have a tendency to leave the hair greasy and oily. However, with this product I d...idn't experience stickiness or oiliness to my naturally hair. The fragrance of the product is okay. I didn't find it to be extremely pleasing or extremely bad smeling either. Its scent lies somewhere in the middle. And, I do like the cute whipped cream can type packaging that it comes in.   If you want Serena's hair...

  I must admit I am very low maintenance when it comes to my hair. As a result I dont pay much attention to hair products and my main judgement concerns easiness of the use. I loved the Whipped Cream- it has a texture of Cool Whip, wonderful smell and it is not at all sticky. I didnt really style my hair, just put some produc...t on my damp hair and air dryed it. I got a nice tousled Serena-like (for those of you Gossip Girl fans) hair- shiny and very silky. I have fine and oily hair and this creme doesnt weigh it down at all- which is great.   I absolutely love this product. 1. it has the consistency of a mousse, yet creamier 2. it looks and dispenses like whipped cream -- literally! 3. holds the look of hair WITHOUT a crunchy or hard texture 4. gives soft curls that last 5. it smells awesome! This product is great quality, totally lives up to every single claim ...on the bottle, lasts through the day, and even though is made by a more pricey company, it totally worth the money. Anyone with curly hair will love this product. I usually stay away from mousses because they make my curls crunchy, and therefore, unnatural looking.   Better than your average mousse

  This really is whipped cream! When it came out of the bottle, I swear I wanted to eat it. Smells like food too (not sure if that's a good thing, but at least it doesn't smell like most other alcohol-based mouses). Keep in mind, I usually don't use styling products: It made my hair feel very soft and nice-smelling, but weigh...ed it down slightly. I'm not used to product in my hair, so it felt a little dirty to me after a few hours. The first use I didn't blowdry, just left it as is. The second time I blowdried, and it felt more glamorous.
