Not for me
What I love about Chi straighteners is that it makes your hair so soft and shiny, but it's also fast to use. What I don't like is that it basically causes the volume of my hair to go flat. With the time I save straightening my hair, I have to spend more added time to tease my hair to get more volume. Other irons don't make my hair as flat, but I don't get the silky shiny results like this. really great
this iron is pricey but it is 100 percent worth it!!!!! it makes my hair very smooth and touchable and shiny, but because i have curly hair, this has never made my ends straight, but everything else yes. it really works and when you use the chi silk fusion, you cant go wrong. i love that this iron also functions as a curler too, so it makes it that much more worth the price. if you get this, you wont be disappointed. i think the one CON is that you cant change the heat settings. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Best iron ever!!!

Love it....
This was my first straightner it's easy to use. The price has came way down. I have heard they aren't made as good as they were several years ago. I loved my Chi until I broke it oneday. I switched to another straighter my stylist recommended. I think this is still one of my favorite items I ever bought. Works Quite Well
I bought this iron due to its popularity! It does work well on straightening my hair. However, I still have to run the iron at least 2 times to get my hair to lay pin straight. take note!

CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT!
I purchased my CHI flat iron last February and have been in love ever since. I have the thickest, curliest hair ever and this iron has cut my straightening time in half!! It's like a miracle worker!! I sometimes wish it had a temperature control dial because it really heats up but other then that I love it. I bought mine at Ulta for $99 on sale and feel it was definitely worth EVERY PENNY!!
