I recieved this as a gift from awhile ago, I mainly use it to fix my mess ups when applying makeup in the morning, the odd time to remove non water proof mascara. Quality of this product is alright nothing outstanding for me. I guess it was gentle, did sting the eye a tiny bit when it got in there but nothing I couldn't handle, but it did the job Packing was alright as well. I did like the size, easy to travel with.
