      Garren Designing Tonic

      I love and am hooked on this product. I have very short somewhat coarse hair. It provides a slight hold, shine and texture, but is not stiff or gelled whatsoever. It is very light and natural. If I want more style I use a second product over it. I spray it liberally on wet hair and do not even blow dry afterwards, just aiir... dry and tousle to shape. November 15, 2008, 12:57 pm
