      I had a really bad reaction to some kind of detergent where my arms broke out in hives and itched like crazy. I used this bath and it took the itch away, then made a paste out of one of the packets and smeared it on, the hives were gone in a matter of hours! Also works great for poison ivy if you do the same. October 25, 2009, 11:03 am

      A Lifesaver!

      I recently woke up with hives covering my whole body! After trying numerous creams, medications, etc and having none of them help with the unrelenting itch, I tried the Aveeno anti-itch bath treatment. The 1st thing I liked was the ease of use, simply open the package and put it in your bath water. The 2nd thing I liked was... that it worked right away! After days of agony from hives, being in the Aveeno filled bath was the first relief I felt in days. It was like heaven and I didn't want to jump off a 30 story building anymore just to be able to stop itching. I stayed in the water until it was so cold that I was shivering because I was afraid that as soon as I got out, it would stop working. But it didn't!! My skin was actually calmed for a couple of hours so I could finally get some much needed sleep. This product was a real lifesaver for me and I'll make sure that I always have some on hand just in case I ever get the hives again. Thank you Aveeno! May 23, 2009, 11:32 pm
