Packaging is cheap, product is too expensive, very drying!
bionicbeauty (127 reviews)I am a self-admitted lip balm addict. Always on the hunt for a balm to keep my lips from being dry, flaky, and cracked. I’m not a fan of high-gloss conditioners nor the ones that create a waxy coating on your lips. In honor of my addiction, I tested out the Noevir Lip Conditioner. The packaging is metallic gold and a bit “older†looking. The balm itself applies well and sinks in quickly. I thought it did a good job at first, but after repeated use (3-4 days) my lips became super dry and began cracking in the corners. This balm certainly was not up my alley. I’m sure it works for some, just not me. It’s quite pricey at $11 a tube, when Chapstick or other “over-the-counter†brands can be purchased for under four dollars. — 3 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
