This invigorating acne wash is quite powerful, yet it does not over-dry my skin (I have very oily skin). What I like about this product is that it gives cooling and refreshing sensation. This is great to use after workout. My only minor complaint is a bit masculine scent. The scent somewhat reminds me of my dad's aftershave. This may have more appealing to teen boys, but if you don't mind manly fragrance and have oily skin/acne prone skin, try this one. — 2 years, 7 months ago

I've been using this for years after trying tons of other products - Clearasil, Neutrogena, Biore, Proactive - just to name a few. It keeps my acne in check. I still get the occasional cystic acne that is associated with my cycle and stress. However, my dermo says that to treat those types of breakouts, it cannot be done topically. What seems to really maximize the effectiveness of this face wash is using it with my Clarisonic. It doesn't dry out my face. I've had trouble with acne for years and this is the only product that makes any difference. I've tried Proactiv, Acnefree, and tons of other kits, but none are as effective as Oxy. I use the 10% formula most of the time and the 5% when I have dry winter skin, but year-around it works incredibly well. It's light, has pretty cool packaging, and a little goes a long way - the smell isn't anything special, but it's affordable and it works. I only use Oxy! Followed up with a good SPF moisturizer, I'm good to go :) — 1 year, 5 months ago

Cleared my acne within a week!

I was fighting acne for years, until I started using this. This cleared all of my major acne, literally, within a week! I was doubtful, at first, since it was a little slow to work in the beginning in some areas. but washing my face nightly with this made my skin flawless! It is extremely effective with acne that appears around periods--I use it once, and my pimples are dramatically reduced. But be warned: use only a small amount at a time (quarter-sized) because it can be extremely drying, and the BP in it does bleach clothes. — 2 years, 9 months ago

I am 32, have mildly oily skin and no acne problem. The reason I used this product was because I thought that the cleanser is good for killing bacteria the develops in your pores. The product worked pretty good on my skin, I liked but had to stop for two fold reason one, using it with my clarisonic brush made my skin a little sensitive and two is the way this product works. I read on Paula Begions website that the benzoyl peraoxide emits oxygen to your skin and thats how it kills bacteria but this oxygen has a potential to increase the free radical affect. Since I dont have a acne problem it seemed unnecessary to take that risk. But I liked this product. I dont have sensitive skin but my sister used it onece, she has sensitive skin and acne she had rash after using it. So probably not great for sensitive skin — 3 years ago

Oxy Daily Wash does work! The first days, my face started breaking out like crazy, but after consistent use, my acne started clearing up. This formula is strong, though, since it has 10% benzoyl peroxide. My skin felt tight and dry, but with some moisturizer, it was ok. — 3 years ago

Ok Ladies, this product is directed toward boys, but ladies this cleanser contains an anti-acne army! I have cystic moderate acne. You name it I've tried, but nothing has worked for me like this! My skin looks and feels so much better. I went from 10 cystic pimples usually, to 1 or 2 small ones! This product is the strongest on the market. It does dry out my skin a little, but nothing a moisturizer didn't help. Ladies, if you got acne, you have to try this! — 3 years, 1 month ago
