Nice, messy hair
I like using this in my fine hair. It helps me play up the natural wave I have. It works especially well when you blow dry but can also be used when you let your hair air dry. The smell is reminiscent of the beach and the bottle packaging is quite nice. A little of this goes a long way and you don't want to use too much or it could make your hair a bit sticky. Surfy & Sexy
I use this on my roots after I've blown my hair dry with a straight brush. It gives it a messy look. I have used it on my damp hair with a diffuser, but I think I might have used too much - my hair came out a little crunchy. The best product of it's kind
Perfect packaging (except for the fact that there is not clickable top to prevent unwanted sprays when traveling), perfect fresh from the beach smell, and gives the perfect beachy salty dried out texture. My hair is naturally wavy and whenever I use this my natural wave is brought out minus frizz. I have never experienced any flaking, stickiness, or crunchiness with this (the same cannot be said of some other surf sprays I have tried).This has lasted me for so long, and in that case I think the price was well worth it. Not a Good preview for me to buy more bumble and bumble products
I must say, this is my first bumble and bumble purchase and not a very good one at that. I've wanted to try more bumble and bumble products but they're all so expensive and I bought this in order to achieve those beachy waves and all I got was this sticky, crunchy mess. I've tried them all
I first discovered "beachy" texture sprays in high school when John Frieda had a different Blondes line out. It was a "Summer Beach Blonde Waves" Spray. Ever since it went off the market I've been searching for the perfect replacement. The only reason I don't give Bumble & Bumble's version a higher rating is because My #1 pick is Alterna's Ocean Waves Texturzing Mist. great smell, great product!
i loved the packaging of this surf spray, and it smelled kind of like paul mitchel hair spray to me which i love so i also liked the smell. my hair is naturally wavy and I sprayed this is when it was probably like 80-90% dry and scrunched it up, and it gave my hair beautifully textured and wavier hair, without the stickiness! Grab your longboard, bra!
Beachy waves indeed! i am at a bit of an advantage as my hair is naturally wavy... however, the longer layers are not uniformally wavy and this helps promote and define waves. Stiff and Dry
While the Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray comes is quite a pretty package, it does not deliver good results. I used it several times and got the same result every time.
