just okay
I got this at target and have tried it both as a highliter and as an eyeshadow primer. As a highliter it was subtle to the point of invisibility. It maybe brightened under my eyes, but I didn't care for the results on my brow bone or cheeks. As an eye primer, it worked decently well.
