Not life changing

I have always been a drugstore beauty junkie but sometimes a girl has got to splurge a little! I first have to say that the original Moroccanoil serum did not impress me and I thought it was overrated. Maybe that should have been my first clue? :) However, when my stylist recommended this for my long, wavy, thick hair with dry ends, I bought it. And at $40, I am practically still paying for it! Ha...read more. In all seriousness, I did not find this mask to be any better than any other drugstore mask I have tried. I did not think it was bad but did not notice any really change. As a result, I started using it as a styling aid by putting a small amount on my ends before blow drying and this worked well. When I did use it as a mask, I would leave it on for an hour.

Nice, Light Mask for Finer Hair

First off, I can say that I'm a huge morrocanoil fan, so the scent alone makes me rat the product highly. But other than that...this mask really works. I prefer to put it in dry or slightly dampened hair after warming a little bit. I let it soak in for much longer than the recommended 5-7 min and if you can steam yourself or go to the sauna (even work out) with this in your hair, it really does wo...read morerk. I have very long hair which is thick, but the actual strands are somewhat thin...this means masks can weigh my hair down and pull it out. The ends get parched after i blow it out and I never color it...so the condition of my hair isn't terrible, but it's still a little dry. This lightweight mask if perfect for those conditions..it feels good when you put it on (not extra heavy or greasy) and it does leave your hair shinier, more manageable and smelling fantastic. If you have curly or wavy hair, it will bring out that texture in a really beautiful weight. This isn't exactly my FAVORITE Hair Mask (DHC Rich and Deep Conditioner is...)but it's a very good one that will allow you to keep it in for a long time and feel the results. I dont recommend this for anyone with really damaged or coarse hair, in that case there are other morrocan oil treatments because this one is fairly light though very effective.

A monthly indulgence

I'm crazy for all Moroccanoil products, and this one is no exception. It's an intense hydrating masque that drenches my long, dry, color-treated, frizz-prone locks in moisture and leaves them smooth, shiny and silky. It's more expensive than some other intensive hair treatments, but SO worth it! If your hair is dry, color-treated or frizzy, this might become your new best friend.

Favorite!

This is my favorite hair product ever! I use it once or twice a week and it has completely changed my hair. Ive had an ombre/balayage for several years now and the bleach can be harsh on my ends but I was able to go almost 6 months without getting my hair done and at least once a week I had a friend or family member ask if I had just gotten my hair done because it looked so healthy and great. I can not recommend this enough!!

Daaaaaaaaayum!

I was about 30 seconds from cutting about 2 inches off my hair and I talked to my friend/stylist about it and she told me try this first. So glad I did! My hair felt like straw because of an ombré and now it feels like silk. I'm actually obsessed with this stuff.

Way to expensive for the results!

After I bought this my Avon representative urged me to try Avon's Moroccan Oil Leave-in Treatment and am so I glad I did! I got even better results...tons of shine, no more fly-aways and so easy to manage...for less than 1/4 of the cost of the other! Why spend more money than you have to for even better results?

Moroccanoil Hydration is the best!

6 months ago I put some blonde coloring on my hair and it was a disaster. I got the color but it totally ruined the texture and healthy appearance of my hair. After collecting a closet full of hair products that didn't work I finally found one that llives up to its claim. I was very hesitant about trying the Intense Hydrating Mask because of the price. Worked for me
