I got this kit for around $5 when CVS was having a sale and for a price that cheap, it was more than worth it. THe first time I tried it, I did irritate my skin to the point of looking like a tomato for the first few hours, but I attribute that to leaving the stuff on for too long. Alpha hydroxy acids are dangerous when left unattended! Despite the irritation, my face had never felt smoother. It was the most excellent exfoliation ever. I tried this face mask recently and fell in love with it! When I used it I put a thin layer of it on my face and around my jawline then waited about 10 minutes, now because it's a peel off mask when you put it on you get like a plastic, mannequin look. As it dries it tightens your skin so you may look a little scary but the results are soooo worth it! When the time was up I carefully peeled it off (It was pretty fun!) and then used the cutest little rose shaped sponge that comes with it to wash off any remnants while cleansing my face with their gentle cleanser (which is also included!) and when I was done I had no redness or irritation on my face just a bright slightly flushed rosy look that was to DIE!!!! — 3 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
