Great product you can use at home!

I just started using this. It is very easy to use although takes some time to cover each spot. It has five settings so you can use the power level suited to your skin. My first time I could use it at 3 on my armpits and at level 5 on most of my legs. The only thing I don't like about it is you can't get through both legs with out having to stop to charge it, and it takes four hours to charge. It f...read moreeels like a small prick on the high setting but on level 3 and below, I can't feel a thing. This takes some time, you need to use it every other week for 3 months and then once a month for 3-5 months after, but it sure beats shaving and waxing and in the end will save you lots of money!

Less shaving

I heard about this first in Allure magazine a few years ago. I was automatically interested when I heard about this. I had already had professional laser hair removal in the bikini area and had wonderful results. My sister and I both bought this. I have been using this on my legs and underarms with great results. The hard part is that the charge only lasts for approximately a half hour before it needs to be charged for approximately three hours which makes it very hard to do a large portion of the body effectively and in a timely manner. I guess I would call this sweat equity. What you put into this you will get out of it. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to get rid of extra hair. By the way I have fair skin and dark hair.

the customer service

the tria only worked for one month and beside whwn i called to reurn it they said we will send an e mail on how to return it they never did not even after three attempts and they were rude their device and customer services sucks

I got a bum machine

I bought the Tria a few months ago and have only used it a handful of times. The machine started dying after only a few zaps. I called the company this morning and they are sending out a a new machine, so we will see if this one works better. This baby works!

Although this comes with a hefty price tag ($995 US), it really works. I did a test patch on my friend's leg and after only 2 sessions, there's no more hair growth in the treated area! Afterwards, I zapped my underarms - and while that area hurts a little bit when you laser it, the idea of no more shaving is well worth it!
