Laura Mercier Undercover Pot Reviews

Wow
Im always going back and forth staying at my boyfriends house back to my house and this is a godsend. It's small, has 3 different products in 1, comes with a mirror, and i think it's cute to top it all off. Not kidish, just pretty packaging. The left side of the pot has a concealer for blemishes and discolorations. Ive already tried this concealer and I love it! It's not very creamy but that's the magic of it because it won't slide off like every other concealer. The right side is a concealer for under the eyes. It's the exact opposite of the left one. It's more peachier, creamier and perfect for delicate undereyes. I'm surprised it doesn't crease in the small lines and crevices cause it is so creamy. And the last one is the pot under the concealers that holds the loose powder to set everything. It keeps it all in place and I love it! All in all, I will always buy this, not only cause it's amazing, but because of it's effectiveness and ease. It's little and easy for travel. It's just a bonus that the actual products are amazing ;) — 8 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Too Dry For My Taste
This product was included in my free Laura Mercier gift bag from Nordstrom. After opening the product, I wasn't too happy that the actual cream concealer had left globs on the mirror and along the opening. Once I dipped my brush into the concealer and applied it onto my face, it felt thick and was a bit difficult to even out. It was pretty dry for my liking. I was pretty surprised that it wasn't as easy as I expected coming from a high end brand. This product made the lines more visible and was a bit too chalky and cake like for me. The color didn't seem to match my skin tone either so I was a bit disappointed to know that I have this product sitting around for nothing. What a waste, but luckily I got it for free. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not a good consistency or Color
I got this as part of the Laura Mercier Kit from Sephora and the Undercover Pot is highly disappointing. The texture of the concealer under my eyes is much too dense (very thick and hard to apply) and makes my wrinkles look more visible. The color is also off, it has the wrong undertones and I feel this also draws attention (in the wrong way - why is the skin under her eyes that color?). I have very fair skin. I would NOT buy again and will probably throw this out. Neutrogena 3 in 1 works much better for me and at a fraction of the price! — 3 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

great for covering, but tends to dry out my undereye.
It covers, but it was too dry for my under eye area. Plus, when I applied it on my chin, it faded out when I blended it. In my opinion, I'll never buy this again. There's much better formulas out there. — 4 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Love it !!!!
This 3 in one brings you blemish, dark spots, under eye concealer and finishing powder all in one. Its small so it fits perfectly in your make bag so you can touch up whenever. I prefer loose finishing powders but usually they come in big bulkey tubs so this was exactly what I was looking for. A+ from my stand point, they totally nailed it. — 4 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
