This is great way to lock in the moisture to your hair when using a flat iron. It builds great shine. I recommend when styling with such extreme heat.

Adds shine to your hair while protecting it from heat

I received a free bottle of this with my Hana flat iron. I was skeptical because products like this tend to weigh down my fine hair and make it look greasy. But I was actually very pleased with the results. I rubbed a bit on the lower half of my dry hair before flat ironing, and there was noticeably more shine without any weight or texture problems. Plus I felt good knowing that my hair was protected.

AWESOME PRODUCT EXCEPT...

like dsburns im very disappointed with the buying process from Misikko. I ordered my shine shield on june 24th so that I could do my hair for some bday festivities. needless to say i had to improvise because its august 9th and I still don't have my package. They have been telling me "it will go out today" every day for 2 weeks and they still tried to charge me for shipping even though its been ov...read moreer a month since my package should have arrived. However after some harassment on my part they did remove the charge. The most upsetting part about all of this is that when I ordered the shine shield it said "ships next day" otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it and would have waited for it to be back in stock. I've searched google and no one else sells this product and even after all this im still not turned off enough to stop using this great product.

Great Product. However....

Misiko appears to be the only company that carries it and they have been out of stock for nearly a month. You cant reach anyone and when you do they just say it will be here next week. Rating it low for this reason.
