      Smudge Proof But Washes Off Easily

      My straight lashes are hard to curl & most mascaras will immediately de-curl my curls. With this mascara I can apply this to my lashes first then curl them. The curls lasts for a few hours & there's no clumping! It's also smudge proof but washes off with cleanser & water. May 18, 2009, 4:50 am
