I tried a sample of this and I think I had an allergic reaction to it because after I wiped and washed it off, I had about 100 small little red bumps ALL over my face and neck. I haven't had a reaction this bad in a long time. Yes, it did exfoliate quite well, but it's not worth it. Hopefully all the bumps will be gone by tomorrow, or at least most of them. I tried a sample of this and loved it. It had a great citrusy smell and left my skin glowing! This product contains AHA (alpha-hydroxy acid) with gently exfoliates skin and also brightens it. When using products containing AHA, always be sure to wear sunscreen! I got this in the mini for a price for 100 beauty points as a beauty insider at Sephora, kinda hesitant to use it at first since my skin is so sensitive and I've had bad reactions to fruit and high intensity Vit. C on my face, or it would just intensely dry out my face but the Bio Active is what intrigued me a bit and so I gave it a try, my face felt fabulous! I love the lil granule texture its got goin on, you can fell it exfoliating your face and you feel brand new after you dry it off! My next Sephora trip included a purchase of another REN product! I LOVED this mask. It feels a little funny to spread on your face at first because of the weird texture, but once it's on, it goes right to work! My skin was smooth and glowing afterward. I like how much product you get for the price, and also that it is SO natural. I don't feel like chemicals are POURING into my skin.
