Hair feels good, but scalp does not.

I have been using this product for about a month and my scalp is worst than before when I was using Dr. Miracle's on my scalp. I wanted to switch, mainly because of the petroleum. This balm did not do anything for my scalp. It seems that it would be perfect on very dry, damaged, or chemically treated hair. My hair is very silky, but my scalp is not happy. Great curl creme for perms!

I just got out of the shower, after first time use and I'm writing. I have permed hair, and this is the perfect balance of rich, and moisturizing without being heavy. Smells great, and no bad stuff! Adds shine and curl definition without crunch (or worse grease). You need the tiniest amount ever so it's great value too. Out of all my Carol's Daughter products (and I have several) I love this the most. I use it on my hair when i wear it in it's natural state and it moisturizes, and makes my hair extra soft. It also smells like heaven.
