Sample led to purchase, but not for me. I really wanted to love this product, if only for the HEAVENLY blueberry scent. I even had my husband try it, because I absolutely adore the scent. The biggest problem we originally had with it, is that the product sticks to the blades when you try to rinse your razor off, even with warm and hot water. My husband originally said he would consider purchas...read moreing it if he used a straight razor. He apparently continued to use the little sample we received, and every once in a while he would rave about the scent. He now LOVES the product. Finds it very moisturizing and luxurious. I put off purchasing it, because of the ridiculously high price, but I finally bought it for him as a special surprise/treat. EVERY time he use it he comments on the blueberry scent (loves it.) I first used it on a small area (underarms) and it seemed to work well (with the exception of rinsing the product of the razor). It did not spread as easily on larger surface area (my legs). It does go on more like a lotion than a shaving cream. My goodness I love the blueberry scent though. So major thumbs up from my husband, thumbs down from me. So take it for what it's worth.
