John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Lustrous Touch Smoothing Shampoo
Editor's Rating & Review
John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Lustrous Touch Smoothing Shampoo is a little difficult to rinse out, doesn't add much shine and smells too artificially chocolate, but the creamy formula leaves hair smooth and soft. I was a bit concerned that the heavy product would weigh my fine hair down, but even used with the equally creamy Smoothing Conditioner, my hair had just as much bounce as it always does. Because it's so rich, this shampoo may be overkill for those who don't have dry hair, but anyone looking for a sleek, not flat, look should give this a try.

I LOVE it
tslholmes (3 reviews)I tried dying my hair black last summer and ew, I hated it. I then, being the dumb person I am, tried dying my hair brown again. Yes, with the black still in it. It added creepy highlights. I hated it even more. Then, I went to Sallys Beauty supply and bought 2 bottles of hair zap, some brown hair dye, and color protection shampoo and conditioner. After I did that,I was happy again and thought all was fixed. Of course, the color faded. It turned to a blondish color, but it was still a littl brown. I wanted my natural hair color back, medium brown. I couldnt believe I ruined my hair with some cheap black ha dye. I didn't want to dye it again, and I was definitely not patient enough to wait for it to grow out, so my friend, who uses the blonde shampoo, told me to try the brunette. So we went to the store and got some. It made my hair darker, and my ntura color is finally growing back. I know some people didn't like the smell, but I absolutely love it. People notice that my hair is darker, and that it smells amazing. Plus my hair is REALLY soft. I will, without a doubt, still be using this when my roots grow out long enough to get the dyed hair cut. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
