this is one of the best

I love this foundation!!! I have to mix a couple colors to get my shade just right, but even if I didn't the colors are pretty close on their own. I was recently at Sephora and a sales associate came up to me & commented on how nice my skin was, and said she couldn't even tell I was wearing makeup. It doesn't get any better than that!

    wonderful!

I'm a redhead with extremely pale yet ruddy skin, and so I have a lot of trouble with foundation matching my skin. I got this in porcelin, and I matched perfectly, covered up my redness, felt totally light, and lasted all day. Needless to say, I'm a fan!

    Light & Smooth

I am not a liquid foundation person, as my skin is combo oily in the t-zone. But I love this, and am hooked - one pump is all you need, and it really smooths out evenly to give your skin coverage w/out looking cakey. Has not clogged my pores, and lasts all day. I even use it by itself sans powder when I'm having a natural day, or going to the gym. Plus the natural ingredients are always a plus - great product, especially for the price!

    Ohhhh yes!

I just wanted to add my two cents about this product. I had a consultation with Carmindy and she used the Your Skin Makeup foundation on me and I loooooooooooooved it. Mainly because when you use it like she did (with a moisturized sponge), it was just...flawless. The color match was spot on and for me, the coverage lasted all day. I always have trouble finding the right shade of foundation in dru...read moregstore makeup brands. Oooh and better yet, she told me that the spray version will be coming out in 09. This I can't wait for! It would be the only improvement needed as I think the pump packaging is a little outdated.

    Liked it a lot, but...

It has a great texture, wonderful look, smooth feel, great finish, but I think it made me break out. It has some oils in it, which my skin didn't take well too. If I wasn't as break-out prone, or if it was water based, I would continue to use this everyday. Even though it didn't work for me in the long-term, I still think it's a great product!

Wow. a drugstore foundation I actually like!

First of all. I am a foundation hoor! I think I have tried almost every foundation out there at least once. I am currently wearing Guerlain Paure (Powder foundation) and I adore it. But when I need something easy and quick I reach for this Sally Hansen foundation. Just to give you some background, I have combo skin - Oily T-Zone. I see a lot of reviews here say that this foundation isn't for ...read moreoily skinned gals. and I would have to agree. However, I have found that if I use the right primer underneath (Dr. Brandt Pores No More) and a good powder on top (MAC Blot or Caron Translucide), the foundation lasts pretty well, even in my oily areas. I like the fact that this foundation is relatively inexpensive, I normally spend about $40 for foundation so this is a nice respite. I like the fact that one pump from the bottle is all I need for my entire face. It's not too much and not too little. Just like Goldilocks said, "It's juuuuuuust Right!" The bottle is glass which is OK, the frosted glass does make it a bit difficult to determine the shade. I am a MAC NC20/Chanel .5 Limpide/MUFE F&B 20, and found that the Ecru Beige is the best shade for me. I had originally purchased the lightest shade (Porcelain) and it was far too light on me. It came out looking almost mask like. So I would definitely say that shade selection is very important. Lastly, this foundation does not break me out. I'm clog prone and acne prone and have yet to have a bad reaction to this foundation. I'm thrilled with that!
