This stuff is amazing ! If i have a gross patch of zits/pimples i just wipe one of the pads on it daily and in 2 or 3 days, the zits disappear ! They definitely do wonders; I had a stubborn patch of pimples on my chin that they vanquished in three days. But they also made the pads of my fingers peel, which feels really gross. And if I use them daily, my skin gets an angry red cast to it. This stuff is a good basic clean. It's generally easy enough for every day use, although some days I have to cut back a little. I keep trying new acne medication and experimenting with my skin, but somehow, it always comes back to these pads. OK, so maybe its not a breakthrough unbelievable acne substance, but it it really works. although it may make your skin a little more dry, it really does clear up you acne- and fast. its also so convenient- i personally HATE washing my face, but this is easy to use and it really does wonders.
