Does help get rid of acne, but like other reviewers have said, these pads can be drying and can burn so make sure to avoid eyes and don't use if you have any sort of wound on your face! Far too harsh on my skin. Yes, they do clear up my breakouts fairly well, but the dryness and burning that comes with it is really not worth it. Also, they dry out inside the container pretty fast, which kind of ticked me off. And it kind of burns my eyes too, so shut your eyes when you're using it. Awesome

This stuff is amazing ! If i have a gross patch of zits/pimples i just wipe one of the pads on it daily and in 2 or 3 days, the zits disappear ! Great for preteens
