my face also turned bright red and felt like it was on fire!
I tried this along with the active cleanse gel. I loved the cleanser! But the hydrating gel also turned my face bright red and it felt like it was burning. I'm guessing that I just had a reaction to something in the product but I don't recall ever having a reaction to any skincare product before. My whole face burned and turned red.
I don't know if it is a normal reaction... After use active face hydrating gel my face immediately turns red and feels painfully burned. On the bottle it says "gentle" anti-bacterial actions.
