The Best!!!
This is one of the best in the drug store lines. It is on par with MAC Shade sticks because MAC and L'Oreal are owned by the same parent company. Essentially the same product. Use this Cream Crayon as a base and use your loose HIP Pigments Powders (or MAC Pigment Powders) over it for a very intense effect. Use it alone and blend before it sets and you will love the effects. Lasts all day too. it's personal preference
It's definitely a great quality product. It also reminds me of the MAC Shadesticks. It's not as creamy as the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils which is awesome because it doesn't crease on me (and I have oily eylids). It works amazing as a base, but I've worn it alone as well. The only thing about the HIP line is that for a drugstore brand, it IS on the pricey side. It's only $5 cheaper than the MAC shadestick but it's really about personal preference. Long lasting!
I love this, I have it in the deep green and it kind of reminds me of the MAC shadesticks, it could be a base for certain shadows to really punch them up, like with the green crayon, I'd put it over my eyelid and use various shades of green shadow to create a smoky green eyelook, like a lot of people do this with MAC shadestick in Sharkskin. I usually just use it as an eyeliner. It comes with its own sharpener so you can have thin thins too, and I actually like to use it on my lower lash line for a kick of emerald to accentuate my deep brown eyes, and it stays on all day (and I have oily/watery eyes!!) The price of these crayons are lower than MAC, you can get it at Wal-Mart or Target, and are just as great!
