Decent as gloss, so-so as plumper, bad for sensitive lips

I like the color (Seductively Nude), the glossy finish and the product design (no mess, I just twist the bottom). However, it leaves my lips very tingly. The tingling feeling does not last too long, but still it took 4-5 times until I got used to the weird sensation. If you have chapped or sensitive lips, I don't think this plumper is ideal. Also, the color does not stay too long.
