This product has me on the fence sadly. I went to Bon-Ton interested in trying out an Estee Lauder foundation, the woman at the counter matched me up with this product in the lightest shade and I paid more then I've ever paid for a foundation in my life. But I got a free makeup bag and over products (a few full size) for free so I figured it was a good deal... When I first tried this I thought ...read moreit worked fairly well, it gave me nice coverage, evened out my skin tone and didn't feel heavy on my skin. However I found after it had absorbed when I was applying my blush I was getting all this odd idk what to call it... sticky flakes? On my fingers. I attributed that to the fact that I had moisturizer on beneath the product so I wore my make up that way all day. The next morning I woke up to some clogged pores and random patches of break out. I wore the product again without moisturizer and saw an improvement in the terms that I didn't get any thing off my skin this time... but I noticed the scent is very strong and perfumey which I do not care for, and I assume that could be why I am getting break outs from this makeup (which is also odd because I do not have sensitive skin). For the price I would not recommend this product to any one, it is nothing special.

Excellent foundation choice for you brides-to-be

I usually wear a more natural looking foundation. This was a little heavier and more coverage than what I am used to. It evened my blotchy skin tone and covered my imperfections as well as my freckles. This foundation also lasts tenacioiusly until you remove it. It is a bit expensive and did not irritate my sensitive skin, but I really liked it.

Not for dry skin

I actually think this one is pastier and heavier than the regular double wear. I so wanted to love it. I can see where it would be good for oilier skin but definitely not for dry skin. Settled into lines I didn't know I had and didn't even stay as well as it should.

Ladies who are not into heavy makeup might like this

Unfortunately I was expecting more of this product. I definitely don't recommend it for dry skin, and I definitely don't recommend it mixed with a light moisturizer cause it's not gonna do anything to your skin. The only way I kinda made this product ''work'' was with a very heavy and moustorizing BIODERMA Hydrabio Cream and I got a little better results. I do recommend this foundation for ladies who don't enjoy heavy makeup however but again with a thick layer of moustorizing cream. Good Luck :)

I love this foundation,The texture and the finish look it gives you, amazing! One thing though, its not full coverage that I'm used to. It's medium. Not really buildable. If you have no imperfection, or no dark spots I would recommend it. Also if you have dry skin, it wouldn't work for you.

Natural, long lasting yet good coverage

I love this foundation. I have acne-prone, combination skin, but was looking for a foundation to cover up pimples yet still look natural. It does that perfectly and lasts all through my school day! You only need a small amount (I quickly discovered when I put waaaayyy to much product on), which is good because although it is a little pricier it makes up for it in the amount you have to use. Highl...read morey recommend this foundation but you will need a concealer for over the top of those really red pimples. Corrects skin but doesn't leave your skin with that 'I am clearly wearing foundation' look, and on when I am in a hurry I just use it over any pimply areas on my face as it lasts longer than my concealer does on its own!

Makes your skin appear dry and flaky

I have an oily skin and I'm usually looking for non-oily products, but this foundation makes my skin appear too dry and flaky. Very unhealthy unnatural look. They used to have an Idealist foundation which was way way better. I paid around 30$ for this one and don't appreciate it at all.

Double Wear Light has got to be one of the best foundations I have ever tried. It feels like and silky, full coverage, easy to work with. I normally use Touch Eclat from YSL, but I must say this foundation is outstanding!

Good

I tried this and ended up liking it. I wish it came in more specific colors but I used 2 and it's okay with my skin. It does last. My skin is normal/oily, I get breakouts. I like the coverage it gives me and how it lasts.
