Even without shimmer, Skin Milk's Soft Shimmer Body Lotion would be a quality moisturizer. It glides on smoothly with a very light vanilla-y scent, gets a little sticky for a minute while it sinks in, then keeps skin soft and hydrated all day. Add a subtle glow from light-reflecting particles and a low price tag, and this easily squeezable tube is just about perfect. Ideal for showing off skin in summer but moisturizing enough for winter use as well.

    Never again

    Got it because it was on clearance, and now I know why. Eww!! Smells good in the container, but as soon as it hits the skin it like "sours" or something. Smells really gross. And doesn't go on smoothly, either. Starts to, but then turns sticky and doesn't seem to penetrate the skin well. After a few minutes it mad... Same with their shaving product - THAT was awful! I itched so bad I scratched unvaoluntarily and made my legs bleed. Like the idea of the lid on the bottom so the product all settles at the opening. But the flap broke off after just a week or so. And the opening got gummed up. All in all, even at the $1.00 I bought it for, I feel I paid too much. June 10, 2008, 8:18 am

    SkinMilk Soft Shimmer Body Lotion

    Of all SkimMilk's products, this is my favorite. Not only do I like the way it makes my skin shimmer, but the price is certainly right since I am retired and on a fixed income. I searched hard for a moisturizer before I found this. Now, it is the only moisturizer I use. It is also very easy to use. June 1, 2008, 10:52 am

    This looked generic to me, but I tried it. The smell is nice, light. I am sensitive and I was scared it would give me headaches, but it was pleasant. It moisturized well and is the type of product you always want to have on hand. May 31, 2008, 3:49 am

    creamy, soft luxury

    I LOVE this! I normally only use body butter but this is so different; thick and creamy. It made my legs look great and it didn't need to be reapplied quickly. You can't beat that price! June 1, 2008, 4:19 am

    Shiny Soft Skin

    I really like this formula for the sweet vanilla scent it has. It does a good job at moisturizing and making your skin soft with a slight shine. It feels a little sticky on but works well at smoothing skin. October 6, 2008, 1:09 am
