Even without shimmer, Skin Milk's Soft Shimmer Body Lotion would be a quality moisturizer. It glides on smoothly with a very light vanilla-y scent, gets a little sticky for a minute while it sinks in, then keeps skin soft and hydrated all day. Add a subtle glow from light-reflecting particles and a low price tag, and this easily squeezable tube is just about perfect. Ideal for showing off skin in summer but moisturizing enough for winter use as well.
