Kerastase Nutritive Masquintense Intense for Thick Hair Reviews

Like butter.
This works like butter. My hair is the softest, and I can use just a tiny bit and still works. It smells pleasant as well. However I found that Nature's Therapy's masque also works similarly for a lot lot less $$. This is way overpriced, anyone who buys this is getting robbed (thank goodness I got it for free). — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

I couldn't believe my eyes or hands...
This is amazing!! I feel that it is very much worth the price. I applied this to freshly shampooed, towel blotted hair. I started with a nickel sized amount, and had to take about 3 of that same amount to fully saturate. This is a miracle, though. Usually it takes me gobs and gobs of handfuls for me to feel like a treatment has coated every hair strand of mine. I have very thick, very bleached bleached bleached, dry, damaged shoulder length hair. Immediately, to my amazement, my hair felt silky while the treatment was on. While rinsing out, I wasn't sure if it was supposed to leave a 'residue' feel... I keep rinsing and rinsing anyway. The true test comes down to how my hair felt when dry. Much to my surprise, my hair feels so silky. It feels hydrated, it looks healthier, stronger. There was less breakage when I styled. — 3 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Best hair mask!!
At the hair salon I attend they treat you with an application of this mask for free with every hair service. I love the shiny and healthy effect on my hair with the very first application that I had to buy it! It isn't cheap at all (at least to me) but it is totally worth it. You need so little of the product for long hair that it last so much. I've been using for 12 weeks twice a week and the bottle is not even 1/4 down. It makes my hair so shiny that even my boyfriend notice it through my low resolution web cam, to me that's the best proof that it works! — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Overhyped
This was a disappointing buy for me. At nearly £20 a tub, I guess the bar was set pretty high. Also, I read some impressive reviews on it, so I decided to try. Sadly, I have to say it was a waste of money. There are deep conditioners a quarter the price of this that improve the condition of my hair much more (ie. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle). This seemed to coat my hair with silicone, felt super soft as I was rinsing it out in the shower, but upon blow drying my hair I realised that it had just been a silicone coated illusion. My hair didn't feel much softer or conditioned or hydrated. Again, I would stick to more affordable products as this is nothing but a pretty brand/name. — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

KERASTASE FOR 5 YEARS
I have used at least a dozen different Kerastase products for over 5 years. My spa carries them in their salon and that is how I got hooked. I have used the Masquintense about 14 and 30 days after a perm to treat dry and broken ends so I wouldn't have to have too much cut off and I usually use it a week or 2 before the next perm. It really does hydrate, soften, and reduce frizz in your hair. I have oily straight blond hair that is permed so its not as straight as it could be and perming it does damage my hair shaft and cause breakage and using Masquintense in between perms reduces breakage. — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Fabulous!
I have been an addict of Masquintense for several years. With my coarse, thick, dry, color treated hair, it works beautifully. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is the cost. But, I've tried many other treatments, conditioners, etc and nothing compares to Kerastase's products. Smells good, works great, my hair is smooth and silky...FABULOUS! — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
