Beautiful!
I have "muffin" which is a shimmery taupe. It is long lasting, easy to apply and blend--I put it on the lid with the applicator and blend up with my finger. It is lightly shimmery with very, very fine sparkles in sunlight, but does not accentuate wrinkles or crease--looks smooth. Holds my brow highlighter shadow very well. It stays on all day and looks great. It even holds up during allergy season when my eyes are always teary. Fun, pretty, and easy
I love how simple this is to use. The creamy product blends well and dries quickly to a powder finish. I like to swipe it above my lash line, and then blend it upward. Makeup must have
I love my Clinique Quick Eyes shadows. It goes on so smoothly and never creases, even after a ten hour day. It is easily blendable with powder shadows as well. The colors are really flattering and wearable with pretty much any skin color. Fab cream eyeshadow...why so few colors?
First of all...I always use a primer when putting on eye shadow so take that into account when reading my review. The thing I least like about the Clinique cream shadows is the lack of range and variety in the line. They are all pastel pinks, violets and browns. They are all slightly shimmery. As far as actually using it though, they are pretty great. The cream goes on smoothly and gives great color concentration. With the primer my shadow lasted all day long and then some without creasing or fading. Some people mentioned having trouble with the applicator. I had no problem with application. Could not make it work.
I got a really nice beige shimmering but just could not apply it on my lid looking smooth like powder shadows. The color was great and it did last long on my lids but it didn't look good on me. its okay
this product is okay, but remember when wearing any cream/creme shadows, it does leave creases and this is no different. Using the wand make it easier however it does come on a bit thick so I would suggest wiping some off against the wall of the tube. Another drawback would be the price. All in all, it does what it sets out to do, except it works just as well as a cheaper made version of it. My hidden treasure!
I found a light purple Quick Eyes Cream Shadow when I was cleaning out my makeup drawer. It was brand new and i'm pretty sure it came with the haul I bought after having my bridal makeup done. This shadow is wonderful! It lasts forever, doesn't crease, and has the perfect amount of shimmer! Creamy & Long-Lasting
I find that these make better bases than they do eye shadows alone. Sure, they're pretty, but when you use them under an eye shadow as a base, they are just lovely! They beef up the color and make your eye shadow more long-lasting. You don't get that funny crease halfway through the day and the color looks super smooth on. Perfect For A Quickie And Trips!!
I got two of these...Starlit Pink and Rock Violet. The colors are very pretty. Colors can be layered for darker, more dramatic look, and they blend super well. I like them because they're super quick and easy. I took these with me on a recent trip. I also took a palette of powder shadows with me, but I never even used the palette. I kept reaching for Cliniques Quick Eyes. I just used my fingers...didn't have to worry about brushes and keep them clean. These guys are small, convenient to throw into my makeup bag/handbag, and I can also carried these in my carry-on onto the plane.
