texture of skin improved dramatically, inflammation and redness decreased. prevented future breakouts. you can cut a pad in half and use one half a day or even one half in the morning and one half in the evening since they are soaked enough to do so. I use these pads in conjunction with the rest of the Outer Peace line and I am very satisfied with the results. I've been using them for about a month and have seen significant results. One of the nicer things about the line is that there isn't any alcohol in any of the products so there's hardly any redness or irritation. I have moderate acne (worse when I'm stressed). I have oily skin, but not too oily, but I usually have one or two pimples at any given moment and some blackheads, all of which make me pick at my skin which of course makes it look worse. I have been using these pads and the lotion (with their sunscreen on top during the day) for a little over a week, my skin looks and feels amazing!!! This is a really effective exfoliateor (spelling?) as well a toner and acne treatment.
