It took me so so so long to find the perfect moisturizer for my skin. I used to get spots or patches of dry skin using other products but this one is so soothing and leaves your face perfectly moisturized. Although the cream's texture is rich the skin absorbs it quickly without leaving the face all oily or shiny. Ever since I moved to NY, my skin got so overly dry. I have always had normal/combination skin, but my cheeks and chin in particular have been incredibly dry, flaky, red, and actually PAINFUL. I have not been able to find ANY moisturizers that could handle my super-sensitive skin. Everything BURNED! But this was remarkable! This lotion is light but ultra-rich. I don't live in a cold climate but I do have dry skin that becomes dryer as temperatures cool. HydraQuench is helpful in reducing the tightness and irritation. It does not have SPF so I only use it as a night cream but it can be used in the day.
