Avon's Uplifting Mascara is a fiber-full, lengthening mascara but its bendable wand, aimed to lift lashes, is unnecessary and messy (you have to touch the gooped-up brush to bend it). Fortunately you don't need the wand gimmick to get lashes that practically reach your brows (no exaggeration). The finish is completely clump-free, but some product may transfer onto lids when worn with cream shadow. Occasionally, a fiber may even drop off -- worth dealing with for the insane length you get.

    INCREDIBLE!

    I am so ecstatic about this mascara. It seems to good to be true. It's affordable and works very well. I have really short eyelashes and could never find a mascara to give me full, long lashes without clumping all of them together. I am done searching! After using it once I am convinced that this is the one for me. The flex...ible brush that can move is great. I am always trying to reach the corner of my eyelashes and now I can with making it look even with the rest of eyelashes. This is great stuff. April 28, 2008, 4:58 pm

    Avon strikes out

    Sorry Avon, Although many of your products are great, this is not one of them. Smudges too much and goes on way to thick and clumps your eye lashes together. The price is reasonable but still not worth the price. August 17, 2008, 12:46 pm

    I LOVE IT

    I love this mascara. The bendable wand is the best thing to happen to mascara. It allows you to get into the corners with wearing your mascara all over your eyes. And the volume I receive from this mascara is amazing. This is my new favorite and I will spend the little extra for this quality. June 11, 2008, 4:22 am

    Clumps Everywhere

    I love avon I always buy their products. However this will be one product I will NEVER buy again. I thought the angled brush would be perfect for the lower lid lashes - i ended up getting more under my eye than on my lashes, and it seemed to clump A Lot! May 30, 2008, 8:51 am

    Wow, Uplifting is an understatement. What length. What volume. And an adjustable angle want? What more could a girl ask, except maybe a touchless tilt. Who wants to get mascara all over their fingers, just before going to work? Or worse yet, before that all important meeting or date?? Work on the angle Avon and you've got a... hit product.     I don't care for this product at all. As soon as I tried it, I thought the brush would be great however, being that it is at an angle, I could not (and still can't) get used to it and I kept getting it in my eye. It clumps alot, doesn't seperate the lashes at all. 2 thumbs down on this product. May 15, 2008, 8:27 am

    This is a nice mascara but it really doesn't seem that much different from any other. The bending brush was supposed to help with the uplifting process but it didn't seem to really do much of anything. Other than that the product is fine. May 13, 2008, 6:43 am

    Great mascara

    It gives mmy lshes volume without clumps. After 8 hours, it was still correct, no smudges! Tha's why I give 9 stars, has beaten Benefit BadGal and Bare Escentuals Big Tease (I was so disappointed by these two, big panda eyes in the end of the day). May 8, 2008, 4:51 pm

    not that bad

    i´ve use this product at least a year, very good, but when it gushes out again, so you have to use a toilet paper to clean up a bit, but this mascara left my lashes so big! August 4, 2009, 2:49 pm
