While I really liked that you can see noticeable results in the prescribed 2 hour period, and that the product didn't use annoying trays, my teeth and gums were extremely sensitive and painful after I completed this kit. The light is fun and easy to use, and this is fairly inexpensive for the surprisingly good results...my teeth lightened about 4 1/2 shades in 2 hours. I have used this and gotten the best results over white strips and other products. Easy and fast results right away. I love this product, if you have calcium deposits on your teeth like me, it helps them be less noticeable, if you put the paste around the calcium deposit. It doesn't hurt or anything. I love it But you can't eat ketchup for a little bit or teeth staining stuff. But im really happy with the resoults.
