I apply a thick layer at night and exfoliate with a toothbrush the next morning for soft, smooth lips. It's very glossy and greasy so not good for day time use if you use lip color as it will disintegrate and make color bleed. But is a great lip gloss on bare lips. I don't like having to use my finger to apply but this works really well as a quick fix.
