I use this product after every shower, when my hair is dried. It adds a bit of shine (but not too much), and definitely tames my frizz. Used in moderation, it adds just a bit of separation, without weighing my hair down. I have hair to my shoulders and some layers. I was excited about trying this spray only to be disappointed. It really weighed my hair down. It probably works best on shorter, more layered hair.
