This is the best cystic acne treatment hands down that you don't need a prescription for. I can put it on my unwelcomed visitors and within 12-24 hours, they are noticeably smaller and less red, if not gone completely. A little of this stuff goes a long way, so don't let the small bottle fool you. I can even put it on regular, nasty pimples before bedtime and see a vast improvement when I wake up.
