      Smooth.... the best eyeliner

      This is a great eyeliner. Prior to this I used pure minerals and the pencil was the twist plastic kind and the eyeliner kept breaking inside. Bloom eyeliner goes on smooth and stays on pretty much all day. I have only tried brown, and it's my favorite. I got this at ulta from a recommendation from one of the workers ther...e, I am glad I took their advice. Next time I go I am going to try the mascara - I am sure it will be good like the eyeliner.
