Great Lip Pencil
A lip pencil is still a "must" for me. It delineates and perfects your pout. Sometimes I outline my lips and then fill them in with the same color for all-day wear. NYX Cosmetics offers sixty ('count em) wearable, soft pencils for $3.50. I like the way they apply--no tugging involved. I like the wear. And I am crazy about the colors. soft & pigmented
These pencils glide on without a tug, deposit lots of color, and feels great on lips. The light colors are also well pigmented and can define lips, unlike many brands' lighter color lipliners. I wish they came out with tons of shades so I can wear these as lipsticks. That's how soft and creamy these are! Awesome but not long lasting
This liner definitely slides on very smoothly without any tugging or discomfort, I believe because the consistency is a bit thin, this is probably why the liner does slide on very easily. Because of this, the liner takes a while to dry (about 3-5 minutes) and although it is SUPER pigmented, the product itself didn’t last all day as I had hoped. In addition, it does smudge a bit too easily a first, definitely doesn’t stay on with a bit of rubbing. Also, the liner itself didn’t apply well over eyeshadow probably because of its thin consistency. I would only recommend this product for 3-4 hours of wear but overall I love the color and how smoothly it applies, therefore I will continue to use this liner, only on occasions where I plan to be out for a few hours at a time. — 5 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Great!
I bought this pencil in hot red 817. I used it all over my lips on a few occasions with different pressures so that I would get a deep, dark pink, reds, etc. Every time, the color lasted all day. I kind of wish the color didn't rub off when I applied lip balm over it, though. Love This Liner!!!
What can I say about the NYX Deep Red lip liner? The pencil glides on without any tugging, it's very pigmented, didn't bleed, and made it through a root canal with minimal smudging. The color itself is beautiful on it's own with some lip balm over it, but when a nice red lipstick is applied over it...WOW. Not to forget the price...l can get 4 or 5 NYX pencils for the price of one higher end pencil. Favorite Lipliners
These are probably the only liners I've used that don't tug on my lips or break off every time I try to sharpen them to a point. They glide on smooth with a high pigment of color. They have a wide range of colors so it's difficult to choose. I love that the bottom of the pencils have the color of the pencil so you don't have to be opening every liner to see which shade you want to use.
