For the feel and wear of this lipstick, I would have never expected this to do better than most high-end lipsticks that I've regretfully splurged on. Normally I don't like shimmer, but I like the amount that is included, it seems to work with the color. I recently bought this lipgloss for $4 & I've never owned any kind of makeup by nyx so when I bought this I was waiting for it to be a disappointment, boy was I wrong! I love this lipgloss because it is well over standard grade lipgloss, I'm even certain it can compete with MAC lipglass or other high-end/priced lipglosses. The texture is so rich and does not feel sticky or goopy. I love the pigment, most lipglosses just give a natural sheer color, but this one is very pigmented so 'you get what you see' according to the color from the first glance. The staying power is excellent!
