Best in the heat, long wearing....

I am normally a huge fan of everything Merle Norman but this eyeliner is just ok. The colors are great and it goes on easily, but I have watery eyes and it tends to smudge under my eyes after a couple hours. My eyelids also get a bit oily so it will rub off and leave lines in the creases of my lids too. If you have the same problem, try Merle Norman’s soft touch eyeliner. reccomendable.
I like this eye liner. My only problem with it is that I have watery eyes and it doesn't stay put for longer that 3 hours. It goes on easy with no irritation though. :)This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
