      I perfer using this over liquid eyeliner any day. The navy color is absolutly amazing. With a slanted brush, it goes on smoothly to your eyelid. It also stays put all day WITHOUT primer! The packaging is good too. I would defenitly reccomend this! August 30, 2009, 11:16 pm
