Not worth it!! Save your $$$

I often find myself mixing foundations in order to achieve the right shade for me. When I saw this product I couldn't wait to give it a try. It comes in a plastic container that houses 2 foundation cartridges,one very light shade and one very dark. There is a dial on the front that turns and that is what you use to adjust the shade of the foundation. On the back of the container there are instructions to follow before using (Set on light and pump X amount of times then all the way to dark and do same,etc.) I followed directions and when I turned knob all the way to dark it began to get a little harder to turn. It still turned though so I pumped it to get that cartridge flowing. I turned the dial back twords the lighter shades and as I was rotating the dial it came to a stop and became impossible to turn. I've tried everything even pulling out the color cartridges and making sure the knob turns freely then reinserting them, but the colors don't adjust well and it's always WAY more dark coming out then light. Meanwhile it's making a mess and wasting product. I couldn't help but notice the other review posted gave this product a "10". If you read closely, she hasn't actually used the product. She is reviewing the concept of it. That's really misleading and I'm disappointed to see Total Beauty allows that. Every time I see a rating for a product here I wonder how accurate it is and if I should trust it. I now also go to a different beauty website when I want to check out a products over-all ratings instead.
