This is a very soft liner pencil
Goes on smoothly and lasts. It does smudge easily when you first put it on so its great for the smoky eye look. Smooth and Fantastic!
I've gone through many different brands and types of eyeliners (liquid, pencil, etc.) and I still have yet to find one as good as this! It's smooth, doesn't smudge, and lasts all day. Amazingly soft

Awesome
I got two of these in a gift set. I got black and gold. I've barely used the black, but I've used the gold a few times (it's looks awesome on the bottom water line for a little added shimmer to your eye) and I've found them to be fabulous.
