I was in Sephora where the personnel have access to ALL brands and I asked which eyebrow pencil would fill in my sparse brows (I'm 56) and match my blonde hair. This pencil fills in beautifully (I can draw on double the size what I have naturally) and stays on like crazy! I would have given it a 10, but the lightest color is just a smidgen darker than I would prefer. It's reasonably priced and I have bought these for gifts and all recipients love them, too!!09/03/2008
