I really like this eyeliner. I've worked for various cosmetic companies and always marvel at the vast array of overpriced items. Milani minerals eye pencil has great pigment stays on and at a price that would make Chanel blush. Oops! no pun intended. You won't be disappointed

Favorite Eyeliner!
This is my FAVORITE eyeliner of ALL eyeliners. It's about $3.99 at CVS and I think it lasts a pretty long time. I really like the consistency in the color and it doesn't smudge.
