Depends on which one colors you get
I purchased Milani Minerals Eye Shadow Compacts for $3.49 each at Walgreens. I picked up Shock, Illusion, Atlantis and Storm. Out of all the colors, I find myself using Shock, a vibrant sparkly purple, more than the other three. Why? Because it's really pigmented and a total dupe for Stars N Rockets (M A C). The others? Not so much to my surprise! I was disappointed because Atlantis (a sparkly oce...read morean blue) wasn't as pigmented as I has hoped. Illusion (a sparkly pale pink with flecks of gold) is a great highlighting color for the brow bone or all over the lid. I've read that Java Bean is a nice pigmented grown for a brown smokey eye but I have yet to try it myself. Btw, the sparkles are only on the top layer, not throughout the eyeshadow. If you were hoping for sparkles thru and thru, this will disappoint. Very Deceiving!!
The colors that have a shimmer/sparkle finish ONLY have that shine on the TOP layer of the powder, the rest of the compact is MATTE but the colors are very rich and some are total dupes for MAC colorsThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
