A great lip color compromise
I love the color I get from lipsticks but like the moisture of glosses. I feel this product gives me the best of both products and I love it. I have Night Violets and Beautiful Bronze. The crayon packaging is easy and convenient. However, it has to be sharpened and is more of a fat pencil then eyeliner width. The product itself is very soft so it can make a mess of your sharpener. The bright side is that appliation is great and it doesn't require a lot of sharpening. The formula is very smooth. Like I said the product is very soft and will actually melt if kept in high temperatures (like a pants pocket) for too long. It feels creamy against the lips and effectively moisturizes. I feel the colors are highly pigmented and therefore stick around much longer than glosses. Not as long as the long-lasting lipsticks that are out now. Night Violets is a nice easy to wear purple. Not bright but not very dark and vampy either. It can be worn during the day if you're bold (I am) and you have dark coloring (I do). Beautiful Bronze is more subtle. It has enough red to make it easy to wear but is still a metallic bronze. Unlike night violets it is shimmery. I loved these are will rebuy when I wear them down to stubs. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 6 people said helpful
