Nice Polish

I love the colors and with this price you can't go wrong. I owe lots of colors and am very impressed with the length of time this polish stays on.

uhm, streaks much?

i got the white, and i used it as an all over polish, for a drama based art intent, but it was soo pale, and kept streaking as it dried, and im no nail polish novice. the formulation is nice, with added strengtheners and no touline, with a very low smell. the bottle is oh so cute too, and a substantial size for 1$. i just didnt like the color and the finish was unsatisfying.

Surprisingly Decent for the Price

I have always been drawn to ELF products because of the simple black packaging and low price tag, but friends of mine have always warned me about the quality. But when I was at the store and saw a 10 piece set of mini ELF nail polishes for $10, I bought it because the colors were all on-trend fall colors, such as dark, cherry red, glittery gold, a mauve-ish nude, a shimmery rose gold, a dark purpl...read moree, a black with navy shimmer, and others. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised! The colors were gorgeous and true to what I saw in the bottle. The brush was a little short, but of course what I had were mini bottles. The brush quality was okay, though. This polish was a little tricky to get to my standard of nail polish perfection. The first coat is incredibly streaky, but the second coat is usually better. I used a base and top coat to seal in my manicure and make it last. But after I got it right, the polish looked glossy and vibrant on my nails. I got a good 5 days of wear out of each of these mini polishes, which was pretty impressive considering they cost $1 each. Overall, I think this is a decent nail polish with gorgeous colors. It does require a bit of technique tweaking to get just right, but I think I'll buy this in the future if something catches my eye.

Not bad for a buck

This polish is actually pretty good. Minimal streaking with one coat, looked great with two. Their dark blue and purple rock. Chipping wasn't a problem since I am in the habit of adding a new top coat every other day or so. Quick drying but the darker colors can stain your nails and fingers, especially if you don't use a good base coat. Also doesn't have DHP, formaldehyde or toulene (the nast...read morey chemicals the FDA doesn't want you to have in your polish or other makeup), so it's a good polish to get for tweens.

Stains nails

This polish is very cheap! Not inexpensive but cheap. I have used polish that costs $2 and have great results so I am not one of those people who spend a lot of money on 1 bottle of nail color. This however chips the same day and despite how easy it chips is very difficult to completely remove with regular nail polish. I love many of the ELF tools but their cosmetics are on the lacking end of my favorite products to use.

BEST inexpensive polishes!

I own every shade because I'm obsessed with ELF polishes! They've recently reformulated and bumped the price up from $1 to $2, but I'm not complaining. They are pigmented, apply smoothly, no bubbles, minimal streaking, some shades are opaque in one coat, they last up to a week with base/top coats, they have a variety of nude-dark shades and I love the brush with a more squared tip.

the elf color nail polish is good but it will chip off a little it has nice colors if you want to buy it you can find it near some drug stores they have alot of colors

Great Color Range

I LOVE the ELF nail polishes. The color pay off is great, they are opaque and lovely. They have an AMAZING range if colors and they are AFFORDABLE! So you can try new colors that you may not be willing to dole out a ton of cash on!

very cheap and works well for the cost

I love ELF products in general. Always cheap and for the most part are great products. Its tough however because there isn't a great selection at Target and I am hesitant to order makeup products online but I gave the nail polish a shot. It does take 2-3 coats to get the perfect pigment and it does tend to chip a lot quicket then your OPI and Essie colors but for the money I don't get disappointed...read more by it. They have a huge collection of colors. I have found that using OPI chip skip before applying and using a top coat gets it lasting a lot longer. It has a pretty quick dry time so fixing chips isn't a huge hassel. I say its well worth giving it a shot, it only costs $1

great color, chips quickly

I got a bright green bottle of this polish and it is my favorite polish color. It's so bright and my little nephew even loves when I use it because it's his favorite color and he likes me to do his nails (he is 3.) It's really eye catching! It chips badly but it's really cheap so who cares?
