Shimmer Beauty
A little dab of this product can go a long way. It blends fairly nicely, but I must warn you, do not use a lot! Unless of course you want your entire face to shimmer in the sunlight. I mainly concentrate a tiny dab of this product on my cheekbone, nose, and middle upper lip. Just to brighten those areas and bring a little color. Good (for the younger gals)
This is a good quality product, I'm just not a "shimmer" kind of girl. The value is great seeing as I only paid $1.00 for it. I gave it to my daughter, and she loves it. This is a very nice highlighter! I didn't like it at first, because it seemed like too much shimmer, and I hate obvious shimmer/glitter, but once I figured out the right way to apply this highlighter I fell in love. I usually use this product on my cheekbones for a fresher look and a bit more definition. The trick to application is to use just a little bit, dab a couple of small dots on the area you want highlighted, and then blend really well either with fingertips or with the foundation brush you've just used. This way you just get the glow, instead of obvious shimmer. The tube is not too great, I often find it hard to put the top back on, it doesn't screw on right, which can be annoying. But I really can't complain much since the price is just $1. ELF ROCKS!
I have this product in lilac petal and it is a perfect highlighter. I take just a TEENY TINY dab of this bad girl and put it on my brow bone once I finish up with my eye shadow application. It makes my eyes really pop and stand out wonderfully. This product is a steal for only a dollar! buy this in every color

I used to use this stuff all throughout freshman year, and I realized that's who it's probably made for. (Younger kids) It really is overpowering to use as a highlight or anything. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone else than the kids. Great to use as a "highlighter!"
I was having such a difficult time finding a shimmery highlighter with a fan brush for my cheek bones. I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for something that I would use only some of the time. Then, I cam across this product! It fit perfectly into my budget and works really well, with just the right amount of shimmer. It is such a versatile product and can be mixed with other products or used by itself, and can be pretty go everywhere and is convenient enough for purse or travel! This is a good product. The only issue I had was that the product tends to separate a bit. Maybe mine was just old, but it didn't seem like it.
