I received ELF Candy Shop lip gloss in Melon Mayhem as a free gift from ELF when I ordered from them online. I was pretty worried that this gloss would have disgusting taste/smell/texture/color and was sure it was going to end up in the trash. WHAT A SURPRISE!! While I was initially confused by the chocolate scent for a 'Melon' gloss, the texture is nice, the color and shine/shimmer are nice and it had a decent moisturizing effect on my lips. The taste is alright too. For $1, a great deal! Not the BEST lip gloss but definitely better than some more expensive drugstore varieties. This lipgloss has a different fragrance for each of their flavors/colors, so you make not like the smell but like the color. However the smell is only strong initially, immediately fades away, and the color is only a hint of color, with decent shine to the lips. It has no sweet taste, which I prefer, and it feels comfortable on my lips.
